US Crop Drying Mobile System can handle a variety of biomass including wood, wood chips, wood pellets, bagasse and a number of other types of feedstock. Our mobile drying service is capable of effectively drying agricultural biomass to 99% dryness or set a level of desired humidity such as 12-15%. The system is rated for a MINIMUM of 25,000 lbs. of biomass an hour assuming a humidity level of 60% and an output level of less than 10%. Other factors such as external humidity will affect these results.

A major differentiator between our system and other drying technology is that there is ZERO residual water remaining after the drying process, so no waste water to deal with. This means you have no need to worry about EPA mandates on disposing of contaminated water resulting from the drying process. Our dryers evaporate 100% of the water during the drying process.

USCD dryers are state of the art and allow us to fine tune the temperature within +/- 1 degree of the desired drying temperature. This helps you optimize the throughput of the feedstock while protecting its value. To accomplish this, the dryers automatically adjust the speed of the throughput by constantly measuring the humidity levels of the feedstock during the drying process. Having the ability to adjust optimize the throughput makes it possible for us to increase the output of the dryer. It is this technology that differentiates our drying system from others on the market and why our dryer can process a minimum of 25,000 of wet material per hour.
